Any way to confine the mouse pointer to a specified area?

MFC has a ClipCursor function that will confine the mouse pointer to a given area. I was just wondering if wx had this functionality.

Adding wx into an MFC app?

I have a very large MFC application and would like to port it to wxWidgets. It would take too much time to totally rewrite the application at once. I was thinking of porting the application one dialog at a time, but was wondering if it was possible to have xw dialogs in a mfc application?

Thanks.
