Hi.

You are right. I did realized that it would be dificult to use more than one toolkit at once in the same program.

So, I give up this idea and I decided to port all classes from QT/KDE at once.

I'm porting KMouseTool.

It is not a big application, but I wanted to pratice to be able to port bigger applications later.

Well, I did realize that it is unpractical to take the approuch that I want to migrate from KDE/QT to wxWidgets.

Hi, Geralds. Thanks by your reply. I think that I didn't explained myself in a clear way what are my doubts. I want to replace class after class and keep the application working until that all KDE/QT will be gone. I wish to replace QString by wxString and the application must working after this. So,...

Migration from KDE/QT to wxWidgets

Hi! I would like to know if someone has already ported some application from KDE/QT to wxWidgets. The most important point is that I cant migrate all the aplication at once, so I will need to mix KDE/QT and wxWidgets classes. I would appreciate any document / tip to make this work easier. DDD and KDbg aren't debuggers. They are (good) graphical interfaces to gdb.

I really enjoy to use gdb. And sometimes you don't have a graphical interface to help you, so I thing it's better to be used with gdb.

I like to use vim and make to develop in C/C++ and Eclipse to Java.

I will start using Code Blocks (http://www.codeblocks.org/) this weekend. So, on Monday I can say what I thing about it.
