Hi. Thanks for the info. I don't follow the archive but I took a look in it. I want to be clear I am NOT the originator of the /. message, just someone who stumbled across it and have absolutely no interest in spreading disinformation. I looked at the message, looked and the license, read the refere...

wxWidgets 2.6.1 License changes: Commerical Devs beware?

Then someone posted the following which at first I dismissed, then I verified as being true for wx 2.6.1 I really think t...

I'm curious if you could elaborate on that? I thought work was continuing on all ports. Have they shifted their priorities, xplatform portability is one of the reasons I selected this tool kit.

At least two of the processes used heavy multithreading/multiprocessing under Windows and Unix, respectively. The toolkit I used was a highly portable custom built library...

kill focus question

Hey has anyone had any problems with controls ignoring the wxEVT_KILL_FOCUS event? I've got a grid control that doesn't seem to recognize when the focus shifts out of it. And a friend of mine says he had similar problems in the tree control. We're using wx 2.4.2 in C++. Thanks in advance, tauceti96

Focus issues in C++ wx2.4.2

I am using wxWidgets 2.4.2 on Windows 2003 Server and have encountered a few anomalys. I'm hoping someone can comment on this and perhaps set me straight since I am pretty new to this. I have a relatively complex wxDialog-based form. It contains multiple layers of sizers, possibly 3 deep. At the dee...
