Hi! The "make" command for VC++ 6 is nmake. Try doing nmake makefile.vc. Before you use it, however, you need to run a vcvars32.bat batch file which is somewhere in your VC6 installation folder (don't remember exactly now), that updates your PATH environment variable and makes command-line compilati...

Hi!

Until this is fixed (it appears to derive from a MinGW issue), I would just insert the following in the file the compiler complains about:

#ifdef _puttchar
#undef _puttchar
#endif
[/code]

This harmless fix should get rid of that annoyance.
