Ignore wxMenuItem shortcut keys?

Just wondering if it's possible at all to have a wxMenuItem show a shortcut key (eg. "Item Name\tCtrl+S") but not actually cause a menu item event when that key is pressed within the menu's parent window? I am handling some shortcuts manually within certain controls via key down events but would lik...

Look for wxSTC_C_*, if you're using the CPP lexer.

You could try CodeLite ( I find it to be a lot nicer than C::B. There is a short guide to setting it up with wx here: ... derWindows

I've noticed that wxStyledTextCtrl will flicker very badly in wxGTK whenever a lexer is enabled. It only seems to happen when text is being styled. wxListCtrl/wxListEvent and editing labels in wxMSW

So I have a wxListCtrl with the wxLC_EDIT_LABELS style, and the EVT_LIST_END_LABEL_EDIT event setup fine. Problem is, no matter what I do when editing a label, wxListEvent.IsEditCancelled() always returns true and GetLabel() always returns an empty string. This only seems to happen in wxMSW, it work...
